Our Executive Snapshot product is being re-launched,
and is now available to our client base. Executive Snapshot is a web based
inquiry tool to retrieve up-to-date data from the MXP database. With full
MXP type security it allows users to sign on from anywhere to selectively
view data from the corporate database.
In fact you can use Executive Snapshot from any computer that has
internet access and a browser. You can even be in an airport lounge or an hotel room and stay connected with your corporate
data. Customer balances can be
viewed and from there you can drill down through the Orders, Invoices,
and Payment history. Supplier balances can be similarly viewed with drill
downs through the Purchase Orders, Receipts, Vouchers and
Disbursements.
At the executive level the Chart of Accounts can be viewed
for any fiscal year with the ability to view transactions and drill down
to the original source documents.
For those customers who have the Archiver/Print
Spooler program from Chassels then we have made that available through Executive
Snapshot and you can view any archived report with the convenience of
viewing the entire report in a windows viewer. No more scrolling back and
forward, left and right.
All the data that you retrieve through Executive
Snapshot you can then cut and paste into a spreadsheet of your choice or
drop into a word document or an e-mail.
This is a dynamic and cost-effective way of inquiring
into key elements of the MXP data. As more customers see the advantages
of this product then we will be able to expand on its capabilities. To
that end we are offering a free two month trial of this product to all
our qualifying customers. If you are running a currently supported
